From Port Orchard And Other Points South:

• Take Highway 3 North to Kitsap Mall Exit

• Turn right onto Kitsap Mall Blvd and drive towards Silverdale Way.

• Cross Silverdale Way and turn right onto Levin Road NW

From Olympic Peninsula, Poulsbo, Kingston and Bainbridge Island:

• Take Highway 3 South to the East Bremerton/Silverdale  Exit

• When exiting Hwy 3 stay in the far right lane and follow signs to Kitsap Mall Blvd, continue on Kitsap Mall Blvd toward Silverdale Way.

• Cross Silverdale Way and turn right onto Levin Road NW. 

The office is located in the Clear Creek Medical Building on the left side of the street. NOTE: This is a two story building – the front entrance of the building faces Mickleberry Road – we are directly behind Windermere Realty which is on Mickleberry Road.
