Christopher Merifield, MD

Dr. Christopher Merifield has been practicing pain medicine since1995. He established in Washington State in 2002. Prior to moving to Washington he was director of Pain Management for a large physician group in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He graduated from the University of Kansas Medical School and completed a fellowship in pain management from the University of Arizona with the Mayo Clinic Scottsdale. Dr. Merifield is board certified in Anesthesiology and board certified in Pain Management. | |

Erin Henderson, ARNP

Erin Henderson has been working in the medical field since 1986. She graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelors degree in Nursing and received her Master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Seattle Pacific University. She has worked in the Olympia area for the last 22 years. Erin has a strong background in spine disorders and pain management. She has several years experience managing patients in a neurosurgery practice. Erin has been a wonderful addition to our practice and has allowed us to increase patient access without compromising care.
