CHRIS MERIFIELD, MD

Dr. Chris Merifield has been practicing Interventional Pain Medicine since 1995.  He graduated from the University of Kansas Medical School and completed his anesthesiology residency at the University of Louisville.   He pursued his fellowship training in Interventional Pain Medicine at the University of Arizona with the Mayo Clinic Scottsdale.  Dr. Merifield is board certified in Anesthesiology and sub-specialty board certified in Pain Medicine.

Dr. Merifield grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  Prior to moving to Washington, he was the director of Pain Medicine for a large physician group in Tulsa.  He has had a 100% Interventional Pain Medicine practice since moving to Kitsap County in 2002.

JOHN HACHE, MD

Dr. John Hache graduated Magna Cum Laude from Creighton University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry.  He earned his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh, where he completed a residency in Anesthesiology.  Dr. Hache remained in Pittsburgh to complete a fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine.  He is board certified in Anesthesiology and Interventional Pain Medicine. 

Dr. Hache was born and raised in Richland, Washington. He returned to Washington after his fellowship to join Pain Consultants and exclusively practice pain medicine. His patient care philosophy is patient centered, emphasizing teamwork and close communication with referring physicians.

ERIN HENDERSON, ARNP

Erin Henderson has been working in the medical field since 1986.  She graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelors degree in Nursing and received her Master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Seattle Pacific University. 

Erin has been a lifelong resident of the Olympia area.  She has a strong background in spine disorders and pain management.  She has over 7 years experience managing patients in a neurosurgical setting.  Erin joined Pain Consultants in 2008.
